Towing an EV on a cable can damage the electric motor. All wheels must be off the ground. Hybrids often need the same treatment — tell us the model when you call.
If the car will not move because the main battery is empty, we take it to a charge point or dealer you choose. The 12 V battery can sometimes be jump-started — see jump start.
